Forward OpenPhone → adaptlive
Web-app workflow to forward an OpenPhone line to adaptlive.

OpenPhone forwards through its web app. Sign in at app.openphone.com and pick the phone number you want to forward.

Select "Forward calls to" and choose External number.

Paste your adaptlive number into the destination field and save.

OpenPhone supports time-of-day forwarding inside their UI — set business hours there if you want OpenPhone to forward only during certain hours instead of using adaptlive's business-hours feature.
Notes
- OpenPhone keeps the conversation thread on their side for SMS while voice forwards to adaptlive. SMS routing isn't yet supported in adaptlive — those still land in OpenPhone.
