adaptlive's AI reads the live transcript and automatically fills in playbook fields when it detects the relevant data being spoken.
What It Detects
- Phone numbers — "My number is 555-0199" → pre-fills the Callback Number field.
- Addresses — "We're at 4827 Oak Street, Springfield" → pre-fills Service Address.
- Dates & times — "Can we do Tuesday afternoon?" → pre-fills Appointment Preference.
- Names — "It's for Maria Chen" → pre-fills Contact Name.
- Job types / keywords — "The boiler is leaking" → pre-fills Job Type as "Boiler - Leak".
Reviewing Auto-Fills
Auto-filled fields are shown with a sparkle ✨ indicator. Staff should always glance at auto-filled values and correct them if the AI misheard or the caller corrected themselves mid-sentence.
Accuracy Over Time
Auto-fill accuracy improves as your playbook accumulates call history. The AI learns the vocabulary and phrasing specific to your industry and business. Review and correct early calls — it helps the system calibrate.
Disabling Auto-Fill
You can disable auto-fill for a specific field in the playbook editor if you prefer staff to always type it manually. Click the field → Field Settings → Disable Auto-Fill.
