Appointment reminders, on the house.

Reminder texts (and optional reminder calls) included on every plan. Run them fully automated, route them to a CSR queue, or do both — automated first, human follow-up on no-response.

  • Fully automated: reminders queue themselves from the work record. Customers confirm, reschedule, or text free-form — replies are handled, only escalating to a human when the customer actually wants to change something.
  • Live CSR queue: reminders hit a queue your team works through. Each row arrives with the customer’s history, last interaction summary, scheduled service, and a one-tap dial. Outbound lands branded if you have Branded Calling.
  • Both modes together: automated first, queue escalation on no-response. The right pattern for service businesses with a few high-value appointments per person.
  • Default cadence: 24h, 2h, and same-morning windows. Customizable per workflow.
  • Reschedules write back to your calendar automatically. No-shows route to the missed-call callback queue.

How it works

Reminders use the same reliable delivery your other outbound messages do — same number, same deliverability. When a customer replies, the response is handled the same way as any other inbound message: the assistant takes care of the easy ones, the rest land in front of a human.

If you have RCS Business Messaging enabled, reminders ride on top of that and gain the rich-card “Confirm / Reschedule” treatment automatically. Otherwise they go out as standard SMS so they always land.
