Editorial Guidelines

How adaptlive develops educational content for phone-led businesses, the standards we hold our writing to, and the limits of what our content can and cannot do for you.

Our editorial mission

At adaptlive, we're dedicated to helping service teams and phone-led businesses run their operations as efficiently and intelligently as possible. Our editorial content reflects this mission by giving operators, owners, and front-desk staff insightful and trustworthy material they can use the same day they read it.

adaptlive arms you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your phone workflow, your customer experience, and the systems sitting behind your business — no matter where you are in your journey.

Our editorial vision

We work closely with operators, dispatchers, owners, and finance partners to develop high-quality resources that reflect three commitments.

  • Accurate. We follow a rigorous fact-checking process and refresh published content on a regular cadence so the operational guidance, pricing context, and product behavior we describe stay aligned with what is actually true today.
  • Authoritative. We seek out and interview subject-matter experts — operators on the floor, finance leaders inside service businesses, integration partners, and the engineers who build the underlying systems — so every article is deep, thoughtful, and original rather than a rehash of generic advice.
  • Actionable. We emphasize practical tips, scripts, checklists, and frameworks that a reader can apply immediately, instead of theory that only makes sense at the whiteboard.

AI-assisted drafting and human review

adaptlive is an AI product, and we use AI tools internally to help us draft, summarize, and stress-test editorial content. Every published article is reviewed and edited by a human editor before it goes live. AI is not a substitute for that review, and we do not publish unreviewed machine output.

If we describe how an AI feature inside the product behaves, we test it against current builds before publishing and update the article when product behavior changes.

Independence and partnerships

Some articles reference third-party tools — CRMs, dispatch software, accounting systems, telephony providers — that integrate with adaptlive. We mention them because operators are already using them, not because we have been paid to recommend them.

If an article is sponsored, co-authored with a partner, or written as part of a paid placement, we disclose that arrangement at the top of the article. Otherwise, the editorial team has full authority over what we cover and how we cover it.

Corrections and updates

If you spot an error in our editorial content — an outdated pricing claim, a deprecated product behavior, a broken integration step, a misattribution — please email editorial@adaptlive.app. We treat correction requests as a priority and either fix the article or add a clarifying note explaining the change.

Significant updates are logged at the bottom of the affected article along with the date of the change.
