How it works
On Android phones and on modern iPhones, your messages arrive with your logo, color, and a verified-business badge in the customer’s native messaging app. Rich cards with one-tap reply buttons replace the “please reply YES” awkwardness of plain SMS.
When a customer’s phone doesn’t yet support this format, the message automatically falls back to a standard text message so it always lands.
