What it does
The Steward watches what facts the AI is hearing in real calls and proposes additions to the schema:
- "Customers keep mentioning 'access codes' — add a field?"
- "This 'allergy' fact has been captured 200 times but isn't on any workflow — promote it?"
- "You have three slightly-different 'service address' fields — merge them?"
The tabs
- Pending proposals — Steward suggestions awaiting your call.
- Quality flags — Fields with low capture accuracy.
- Schema pressure — Where the AI is hearing things it has no place to put.
- Steward runs — History of past analysis batches.
- Definitions — The current active schema.
Modes
Switch the Steward between off, propose-only, and autopilot. Most orgs run propose-only — autopilot is for teams who've tuned it for months.
