Book an Appointment
Two paths: through a live call (the AI captures most of it for you), or manually from the calendar.
From a call
Mid-call, when a customer asks for a time, the cockpit pops a scheduling card. Pick a slot, confirm the tech, the AI fills in the rest from the conversation. Confirm at wrap-up.
Manually
- Open Calendar and click + New appointment.
- Pick the customer (or create one), the workflow (which kind of appointment), and the start time.
- Assign a tech if needed.
Confirmations
If the workflow has an appointment-confirmation rule, a confirmation SMS goes out automatically — and a "customer confirmation" task lands on the calendar if the customer doesn't reply.
