Customer Directory
Navigate to Customers in the sidebar to browse all caller profiles adaptlive has built over time.
Searching Customers
Search by name, phone number, email, or any tag. Results update as you type. Click a customer to open their full profile.
Customer Profile
Each profile shows:
- Contact information (name, phone, email, address)
- Customer tags (VIP, Do Not Call, etc.)
- Chronological call history with clickable wrap-up summaries
- Notes added by staff
- Total call count and first/last call dates
Merging Duplicates
If the same customer called from different numbers and got two profiles, merge them:
- Open one profile and click ⋯ → Merge with…
- Search for the duplicate profile.
- Review which profile becomes the primary record.
- Click Merge. Call history from both profiles is combined.
Editing & Deleting
Any staff member with Agent or higher role can add notes and tags. Admin and above can edit contact information. Only Admins and Owners can delete a customer profile — deletion is permanent and removes all associated call history.
