Forbidden Statements

Some things your staff shouldn't say on a call — for compliance, for liability, for plain politeness. adaptlive flags them mid-sentence with a "say this instead" correction.

Examples

  • "I guarantee" → "We typically see"
  • "You should sue them" → "That sounds frustrating — let me note it for the file"
  • "No problem" → "Of course" (some regions read "no problem" as dismissive)

How it surfaces

A red banner appears in the cockpit the moment the forbidden phrase is heard, with the verbatim correction. Staff sees it for about ten seconds before it fades.

Where the list comes from

Three sources, in order: industry defaults, your workflow's rules, and Quality Playbook rules approved by your team. Edit in Settings → Live Signals — filter by "forbidden statement" type.
