  • Call summary — AI-drafted, edit anything that's wrong.
  • Captured fields — Final review of the facts before they sync.
  • Next steps — Tasks, callbacks, appointments the AI proposes. Approve, edit, or delete.
  • A short survey — Did the AI help? Anything go wrong? Flag a mistake.

Why the survey matters

Flagged mistakes go to the Quality Playbook overnight. The review AI reads the transcript, figures out what should've gone differently, and proposes a rule. You approve it, and that situation gets handled better next time.
