No. adaptlive is built for small businesses and service teams that rely on phone calls, including contractors, property managers, auto shops, law firms, medical offices, and funeral homes.

Can adaptlive work with my current phone system?

Yes. Bridge mode lets a business forward calls from its current phone system to adaptlive while keeping familiar phones, numbers, and habits in place.

Can adaptlive provide phone service?

Yes. Complete mode includes the phone layer, SMS, direct team numbers, app calling, call recording, transcription, and follow-up workflows in adaptlive.

RCS Branded Sender

RCS is SMS with logos, link previews, suggested replies, and a verified blue check. Currently Twilio-only inside adaptlive, and Android-only on the receiving side (Apple is rolling out RCS gradually).

Set up your sender

Settings → Messaging → RCS. Upload your logo, set an accent color, write three sample messages. Twilio's review process takes 2–4 weeks — there's no rushing it.

Once you're verified

Customers on Android with RCS-capable carriers (most of the US now) see your logo, your brand color, and a verified badge instead of "Unknown sender." iPhone users see plain SMS.

Test send

While you wait for verification, send a test from the settings page. It uses the unverified preview path so you can see what your customers will see post-approval.
