Editing a Live Playbook

Changes to a live playbook take effect on the next call. No re-publish queue, no deployment cycle, no "test" vs "production" toggle.

What you edit, where

  • Workflow fields and stagesWorkflows → [your workflow] → Edit. Requires the workflowBuilder feature on your plan.
  • Live signalsSettings → Live Signals. Adjust confidence thresholds, disable, tune individual signals.
  • Quality Playbook rulesSettings → Quality. Approve or edit the rules the nightly reviewer proposes.

Field change history

Every field change is logged. Click the history popover on any cell to see what changed when and by whom — and revert with one click. See Field Change History for the details.

Fork for variants

Want a variant alongside the live one (different fields for residential vs. commercial, say)? Fork the workflow from the Workflows page. The fork is yours to edit; the original keeps running unchanged. Swap which one is active per number.

Archiving

Archive a workflow you've stopped using — it's pulled from the active pool but historical work records keep their workflow reference so reports stay coherent. Don't delete; archive.
