The task types

  • Callback — Customer asked you to call them back. Auto-created when the cockpit hears "call me back."
  • Customer confirmation — Appointment in 24 hours, no confirmation yet. Auto-created by the appointment workflow.
  • Quote follow-up — Quote sent, no decision yet. Auto-created N days after the quote.

Where you see them

Tasks live on the Line dashboard under "Next up," on each customer's profile, and tied to the relevant work record. There's no dedicated tasks page yet — they surface in context.

Complete or snooze

One-click complete. Snooze pushes the due date. Don't pile them up.
