Zapier Integration
Use the invite-only adaptlive Zapier app to sync call data to your CRM, create tasks in project management tools, send notifications, and more without running your own integration server.
How It Works
Connect
Authenticate with your adaptlive API key. One-time setup per Zap.
Trigger
Choose an event—call ended, SMS received, work record created.
Action
Send data to any Zapier-connected app or trigger adaptlive actions.
Authentication
When adding adaptlive to a Zap, you'll be prompted for an API key. Create one from the developer portal at /portal/api-keys.
Key Requirements
- Triggers only: READ scope is sufficient.
- Triggers + Actions: WRITE scope recommended.
- Keys are organization-scoped—data flows for that org only.
Your API key is stored securely by Zapier and used to authenticate webhook subscriptions and API calls on your behalf.
Triggers
Events that start your Zap—calls, messages, work records, and more.

Data Available in Zaps
Each trigger provides structured data you can map to other apps. For example, the Call Ended trigger includes:
- Call ID, direction, duration, start/end times
- Caller phone number (E.164 format)
- AI-generated summary and transcript when available
- Recording URL when recording is enabled and available
- Linked customer and work record IDs
- Captured facts and form field values
- Signal detections (complaint, upsell opportunity, etc.)
Technical Details
The adaptlive Zapier app uses REST Hook triggers for instant delivery. When you enable a trigger, Zapier subscribes to the corresponding webhook event via our API.
Polling endpoints are used for sample data and initial Zap setup. They are not a guaranteed replay channel for missed webhook deliveries.
Webhook subscriptions are managed automatically. When you turn off a Zap, the subscription is removed.
Get Started
The adaptlive Zapier app is not public in Zapier's app directory yet. Two things are needed before your first Zap runs, and they are approved separately:
- Developer-portal access. API keys live in the partner developer portal. If you're not an approved partner yet, apply to the developer track first — without approval,
/portal/api-keysredirects to/line. - Zapier invite. Request one by email below. Once invited and approved as a partner, mint an API key in /portal/api-keys and paste it into Zapier.
