Security
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA in Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. adaptlive supports authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password). Upon enable, scan the QR code in your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Store your backup codes somewhere safe.
Session Management
View all active sessions in Settings → Security → Active Sessions. Click Sign Out All Other Sessions if you suspect unauthorized access.
SSO (Enterprise)
Enterprise plans support SAML 2.0 SSO integration with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.). Contact support to request SSO setup. Your IT team will need to provide your IdP metadata URL and we'll configure the connection.
Data Security
- All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Call transcripts and wrap-up data are stored in isolated per-tenant storage.
- Audio recordings (if enabled) are stored in encrypted object storage with access logging.
- adaptlive is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Request our report at security@adaptlive.app.
