Your Profile
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile to access personal settings.
Basic Information
- Display Name — How you appear to other team members in the cockpit and call history.
- Email — Your login email. Changing this requires email verification.
- Password — Minimum 8 characters. Use a strong, unique password.
Notification Preferences
Control which events trigger emails or in-app alerts:
- Missed Call — Notified when a call ends with no wrap-up submitted.
- Wrap-Up Required — Reminder if a wrap-up is pending more than 15 minutes after a call.
- New Team Member — When someone accepts an invite to your workspace.
- Billing Alerts — Payment failures, trial expiry reminders, and invoice receipts (Owner only).
- Weekly Report — A Monday morning summary of the past week's call volume and performance.
Theme
Toggle between Light and Dark mode from the avatar menu. adaptlive follows your system preference by default. Your choice is remembered per device.
