Configure your business name, timezone, industry, and branding for external-facing pages.

Workspace Settings

Navigate to Settings → Workspace to manage organization-level settings.

General

  • Business Name — Appears in the cockpit, wrap-ups, and email notifications to your staff.
  • Timezone — Used for call timestamps, business-hours rules, and scheduled reports.
  • Industry — Determines which playbook templates are shown first.
  • Website — Optional; shown in caller-facing disclosures if recording is enabled.

Business Hours

Set your standard operating hours in Settings → Business Hours. After-hours routing rules and after-hours playbooks use these settings to determine which playbook to activate.

Branding

Upload your business logo for the cockpit header and any outbound notifications. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG. Max 2 MB. The logo appears in:

  • The top of the live cockpit
  • Wrap-up summary emails sent to staff
  • The caller disclosure screen (when recording is enabled)

Danger Zone

The Danger Zone section contains irreversible actions: deleting the workspace, exporting all data, or transferring ownership. These actions require Owner-level access and confirmation via email.
