Free Trial
Trial availability is controlled by the current Stripe Billing plan configuration. If a plan includes a trial, Stripe displays the trial terms during checkout.
Trial Limits
AdaptLive launch and usage limits are shown in the plan details and may vary by plan.
At the End of the Trial
Stripe Billing controls trial expiration and subscription state. AdaptLive reads plan access from the shared suite subscription for the active workspace.
Adding a Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing and use the Stripe Billing portal.
Cancellation
To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription.
- Cancel in the Stripe Billing portal.
- Confirm cancellation.
Your subscription remains governed by Stripe Billing terms and the plan state reported back to AdaptLive. Contact us if you need export help before cancellation.
