Free Trial
Every new adaptlive account starts on a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan — no credit card required. You have full access to all Growth features during the trial.
Trial Limits
During the trial, you can handle up to 50 guided calls. If you reach the limit before the 14 days are up, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue.
At the End of the Trial
On day 14, if no payment method is on file, your account moves to a restricted state — you can still log in and view call history, but new calls won't be guided. Add a payment method to reactivate at any time within 30 days.
Adding a Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing → Add Card at any point during or after the trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Cancellation
To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Select a cancellation reason (optional but helpful — it helps us improve).
- Confirm cancellation.
Your subscription remains active through the end of the paid period. Call history and customer data are retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted. Contact us if you need to export your data before cancellation.
