Carrier Forwarding Instructions

adaptlive uses conditional call forwarding — calls ring to adaptlive first, which opens the cockpit, then immediately connects to your staff's device. There is no busy signal and no missed-call risk.

AT&T (Mobile & Business Landline)

  1. Dial *21*+1XXXXXXXXXX# (replace with your adaptlive forwarding number found in Settings → Call Forwarding).
  2. Press the call button. You'll hear a confirmation tone.
  3. To cancel: dial #21#.

Verizon

  1. Dial *71 then your adaptlive number.
  2. Press the call button and wait for the confirmation.
  3. To cancel: dial *73.

T-Mobile

  1. Go to Settings → Calls → Call Forwarding in the T-Mobile app.
  2. Enable "Forward All Calls" and enter your adaptlive forwarding number.
  3. Alternatively, dial **21*+1XXXXXXXXXX#.

Google Voice

  1. In Google Voice settings, add your adaptlive number as a forwarding phone.
  2. Enable it in Settings → Calls → Linked numbers.
  3. Set ring order so adaptlive is first.

RingCentral / VoIP Providers

In your RingCentral admin portal, go to Phone System → Call Handling & Forwarding → Forwarding and add your adaptlive number as the primary forwarding destination. Set "Simultaneous Ring" if you want both adaptlive and your direct device to ring together.

Other VoIP / PBX

Contact your VoIP provider and ask them to set an unconditional or simultaneous forward to your adaptlive number. Most business VoIP systems support this natively. You can find your adaptlive forwarding number in Settings → Call Forwarding.
