Add employees and assign them roles so they can see the live cockpit and manage playbooks.

Invite Your Team

Every person who answers calls should have an adaptlive account so the cockpit opens on their screen automatically when a call comes in.

Roles

  • Owner — Full access including billing, integrations, and workspace settings. There is one owner per workspace.
  • Admin — Can create and edit playbooks, manage team members, and view all call history. Cannot manage billing.
  • Agent — Can see the live cockpit, answer guided calls, and submit wrap-ups. Read-only access to playbooks.
  • Viewer — Read-only access to call history and reports. Cannot handle live calls.

How to Invite

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role.
  4. Click Send Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to join and set their password.

Mobile Access

The cockpit is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. Staff who answer calls on their mobile can open the cockpit in a browser tab — it rings open automatically when a call arrives on a linked device.
