Use this checklist to set up adaptlive completely before your next business day.
Account Setup
- ☐ Create your adaptlive account at my.adaptlive.app/sign-up
- ☐ Verify your email address
- ☐ Enter business name and industry
Call Forwarding
- ☐ Look up your carrier's conditional-forward code (in Settings → Call Forwarding)
- ☐ Dial the forwarding activation code from your business line
- ☐ Run a test call — confirm the cockpit opens in your adaptlive tab
Playbooks
- ☐ Pick a template that matches your most common call type
- ☐ Customize the questions and fields for your business
- ☐ Set a trigger phrase (or leave on "all calls")
- ☐ Publish the playbook
Team
- ☐ Invite everyone who answers the phone
- ☐ Have each person run a test call in the cockpit
Integrations (optional)
- ☐ Connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom webhook)
- ☐ Test that wrap-up submissions push correctly to the CRM
Go Live
- ☐ Toggle Live Mode on in Settings
- ☐ Confirm the forwarding is active on your business line
