Go Live in One Session

Use this checklist to set up adaptlive completely before your next business day.

Account Setup

  • ☐ Create your adaptlive account at my.adaptlive.app/sign-up
  • ☐ Verify your email address
  • ☐ Enter business name and industry

Call Forwarding

  • ☐ Look up your carrier's conditional-forward code (in Settings → Call Forwarding)
  • ☐ Dial the forwarding activation code from your business line
  • ☐ Run a test call — confirm the cockpit opens in your adaptlive tab

Playbooks

  • ☐ Pick a template that matches your most common call type
  • ☐ Customize the questions and fields for your business
  • ☐ Set a trigger phrase (or leave on "all calls")
  • ☐ Publish the playbook

Team

  • ☐ Invite everyone who answers the phone
  • ☐ Have each person run a test call in the cockpit

Integrations (optional)

  • ☐ Connect your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom webhook)
  • ☐ Test that wrap-up submissions push correctly to the CRM

Go Live

  • ☐ Toggle Live Mode on in Settings
  • ☐ Confirm the forwarding is active on your business line
