SMS in adaptlive
Texting goes through the same numbers that handle your calls. Inbound texts land in Messages as threads; outbound goes from the same place.
Start a new text
From Messages, click Start outbound text. Pick the recipient, the number to send from (if you have multiple), and type. The thread is created on send.
The thread view
- Assignee — who owns this conversation today.
- Resolve and Escalate — for inbox triage.
- Channel chip — SMS, RCS, or voice context.
- Last-run rationale — when AI replied, here's why it picked that response.
What you can't do
Group MMS isn't supported yet — sending or receiving. Inbound group MMS will land split-apart per sender.
